1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms govern clothing and accessory purchases and rentals through Rouge & Rebel online, via social media and in person. Terms applicable to a transaction must be presented before customers commit. Statutory rights cannot be waived.

2. Products

Products and rentals depend on availability. We aim for accurate descriptions, measurements, images, colours and prices; material discrepancies will be addressed according to applicable law.

3. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are in CAD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, deposits and other charges are disclosed before commitment. Confirmed order prices do not change without agreement or lawful basis.

4. Orders and Confirmations

Orders or reservations are confirmed following acceptance by Rouge & Rebel and satisfaction of payment conditions. If an item cannot be supplied, we provide applicable remedies. Customers should provide accurate order and contact information.

5. Payments

Rental fees and refundable deposits are payable in full at booking. All itemized charges and conditions must be disclosed before confirmation.

6. Purchased Goods

Purchased merchandise is final sale for change-of-mind purposes. No change-of-mind returns or refunds. Exchanges of eligible unused merchandise may be approved at Rouge & Rebel’s discretion. Defects, errors, misrepresentations and statutory remedies are unaffected. See Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

7. Rentals

Rentals are governed by the Universal Rental Agreement and each booking confirmation. The standard duration is four calendar days. Item-specific fees, deposits, replacement values, dates and return deadlines are provided with the booking.

8. Sizes and Alterations

Customers should review provided sizing information. We will disclose known material fit restrictions. Rental items may not be permanently altered without written consent.

9. Delivery and Pickup

Available methods, charges and timing are disclosed before confirmation. Material delays and any statutory cancellation rights will be handled as required by law.

10. Cancellations

Purchases follow applicable consumer law. Voluntary rental cancellations: 75% refund of the rental fee for 14+ calendar days before pickup/delivery; 50% for 7–13 days; and no discretionary rental-fee refund within 7 days. Statutory rights take precedence. Rental rescheduling is free subject to availability and written approval.

11. Customer Conduct

Customers agree to make authorized payments, provide accurate details, care for rented items, comply with deadlines, and report problems promptly.

12. Online Consumer Disclosures

For agreements subject to Ontario internet-agreement requirements, Rouge & Rebel will disclose required supplier identity and contact details, descriptions, prices, taxes, terms and cancellation information before acceptance; permit review and error correction; obtain express acceptance; and provide a retainable agreement copy within the required timeframe.

13. Intellectual Property

Original Rouge & Rebel text, photographs, branding and other owned content are protected by applicable law, except for permitted uses.

14. Liability and Consumer Rights

Any contractual responsibility is subject to applicable law. No term excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

16. Updates and Governing Law

Revised terms apply prospectively and do not automatically change accepted contracts. Applicable Ontario and Canadian law governs, subject to mandatory protections.
